Please follow the below steps to import the images as featured image

1. Login to your WordPress panel
2. Navigate to LinkMyDeals > Import Coupon Feed
3. Enable the "Import Offer Images" and "Import Image As Featured Image"
4. Once enabled, please do "Drop and Resync Offers" and your coupons will have the featured image
   

Please note that LinkMyDeals collects images from the sources itself. Therefore, if the images are available on the sources, you will also receive them. It is not necessary that each coupon have an image.
