If yes, it might be that the particular store for which you are checking links is not approved by affiliate network for you. Networks like Optimise, AdmitAd & DGM require you to apply to all programs from their dashboard before running them. Even other networks may require prior approval on certain campaigns.
Please visit your network dashboard and apply to all such campaigns. Wait for the approval before checking the links again.
